Remove Aptos Wallet

Currently we link an aptos package intended to provide wallet functionality in the browser:

This library turns out to be infected with Google Analytics tracking, so any browser session opened on a deployed instance of the explorer ends up leaking information to Google, and thereby to the owner of this Google Analytics ID: G-GNVVWBL3J9 (presumably Aptos).

We should remove this dependency since afaik the wallet functionality isn't used.
