--no--cache doesn't work

• Cache invalidation
• Off by one errors

(while I'm here, I don't see how the screenshot is related to the issue title, any hint?)

@JulienPalard the screenshot shows that the cache invalidation didn't work because the cache still thinks that glossary.po and others are still not translated but they are

The screenshot don't show they were translated. I tried to reproduce, but even without using --no-cache I had no invalidation error:

potodo -a 90 -f --exclude c-api --exclude-reserved
# see a fuzzy
# fix it
potodo -a 90 -f --exclude c-api --exclude-reserved
# fixed fuzzy is no longer here

Can you provide a simple reproducer for your issue?
