Extra webpack config for Google Docs shouldn't be needed

Since we don't need to inline the script, and the JS bundle is just another bundle like the ones we're already building, we shouldn't need the GDoc-specific webpack config.

This will also simplify something in Dockerfile, and maybe has implications for where the gdocs sidebar finds the bundle to load.
