parallel is misspelled paralell

I just noticed in the publication figure (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/iucr/doi/10.1107/S1600576723005174/yr5104fig8.html) the misspelling, and see it's still present in many locations in the source code.

I changed the spelling throughout in a fork, submitted a pull request which should take care of the spelling.
