Stdout and Stderr in the output

Should we just bundle this in the output.tar.gz?
If we agree on this, I can just add whatever Dirac gives me to the archive on the Dirac gateway.

Another question is does it have to have the same name (Dirac is giving me something like vinaWrapper.log at the moment)?
