Science — needed for a research or analysis workflow

Problem

Adapt does not have a function to include lightning data alongside the included radar data.

Proposed solution

Adapt should have the ability to take in a .nc file and pull out the data in an xarray dataset. Then Adapt should plot the lightning data alongside the radar data in the plan view, but only the data that overlaps with the current radar scan.
