Add a function for processing raw LMA data (.dat)

Problem

Currently adapt has no way to process raw LMA .dat files into filtered LMA .nc files.

Proposed solution

There should be a function that takes in a selection of raw LMA data from a folder and outputs a filtered LMA .nc file which can be used for analysis of the lightning within storm cells.

New xlma_stat module is in development and it will use pyxlma generated files.
So the idea is pyxlma will do raw data processing, Adapt will use that netcdf data and associate it to cell_uid.
