[Feature]: SDSIO-Server: options for CI

For CI, the SDSIO-Server needs to stop after playback is completed, and the dynamic status output should be reduced, so that only file information is shown.

Suggest to add the following options to SDSIO-Server:

--exit-after-playback,  -x     Terminate when playback is completed
--no-progress-info, -n         Reduce status output (only file information is shown)

For --no-progress-info the alternative could be to introduce verbose levels.

Added options:

• --exit-after-playback: shuts down SDSIO-Server after playback has finished
• --no-progress-info: currently only disables the progress spinner/status bar
