[Docs]: Close out testing architecture epic #156 — status, checklist, and project board

What needs to be fixed?

RFC #156 drove the testing model shift. Much is now landed in 0.3.6:

• Bundle tests in CI (pytest skills/) — [Feat]: CI — add pytest skills/ step alongside existing pytest tests/ #159
• Full registry test_skill.py backfill — [Feat]: Backfill skill bundle tests for registry skills missing test_skill.py #158
• TESTING.md / CONTRIBUTING / ai_native_workflow aligned — [Docs]: Clarify two-tier testing model — skill-local vs tests/ integration suite #106 area

Remaining tracked work is still open: #160 (issuer enforcement), #86 (layout), #83 (CLI test), #170 (bundle mock guidance).

Update docs and epic tracking so contributors are not reading stale “RFC in progress” language:

• Add a Status section to docs/TESTING.md (what’s done vs open)
• Comment on [RFC]: Testing architecture - bundle, framework, and maintainer tests in CI #156 with completion summary + link remaining child issues
• Update Testing Architecture project board columns
• Do not duplicate [Docs]: Post-release documentation alignment (categories, install, env vars, CLI, Python version) #154 (broader post-release doc sweep)

Acceptance:

• TESTING.md reflects 0.3.6 CI reality
• [RFC]: Testing architecture - bundle, framework, and maintainer tests in CI #156 has maintainer comment listing completed vs remaining phases
• No conflicting “bundle tests are local only” wording anywhere

Update the “remaining work” list for #156:

• [Feat]: Standardise two-tier test layout and document skill-local vs integration test convention #86 — done via fix(tests): move mica_module maintainer test under tests/skills/compl… #180 (mica maintainer test moved under tests/skills/compliance/)
• Still open: [Feat]: Enforce test_skill.py in test_skill_issuer.py for every registry skill #160, [Feat]: CLI command to run skill tests (sub-issue of #16) #83, [Docs]: Clarify bundle tests must mock network and model downloads in CI #170

When you edit docs/TESTING.md, make sure nothing still says bundle tests are “local only” — CI runs pytest skills/ on main today.

When closing out #156: note that docs/skills/mental_coach.md could use a short Testing section (bundle test command) — optional polish after #174 merges; not a blocker for the testing epic.
