Add a dem matching test case for  RTC that passes co-registration

Currently, all three test cases in https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-testing/blob/develop/tests/data/rtc_gamma_golden.json.j2 that include `"dem_matching": true` fail co-registration.  We should include a dem matching test case that passes co-registration as well.
