In Entry Controls, offer option to Select all/Unselect all

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Datasets may contains hundreds of signs. Having to manually select each one for tagging in the Entry Control section is time consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include the option to Select/Unselect all items as "Available for tagging" in the Entry Control section.
Data controls has something similar for deleting items.
