VMWare Fusion is now free and should still work with Windows ARM on Apple Silicon Macs.

Microsoft does not offer ARM versions of the Windows 11 development environment. In fact, it doesn't offer any downloads since October 3rd 2024.

I think it would make sense to rewrite the whole section about Windows on Mac. WMWare Fusion now offers to install Windows as part of the setup process so a Windows 11 development environment image is not needed anymore.
It also works well on Apple Silicon Macs. I had no issues setting it up or running NVDA.
