Check if new handshake after a dropped connection chages the `c2d_port`

Research

We know that we get the c2d_port (by which we talk to the drone and send commands) from the Handshake response.

However we are not sure if the drone will randomly assign a new port(?) after a new Handshake, if the connection has dropped.

Please check: Is this the case?
