Option to ignore notes by folder or filename

It would be really useful to be able to ignore notes based on folder or filename patterns. There are some notes I where won't want the replacements to happen.

I could see that being useful both globally and on a per-replacement rule basis.

Thanks for making a great plugin! I'm glad I found it.
