All black image when saving

I recently downloaded the app in order to control a Hamamatsu camera. Everything works apart from the saving.

All the tiffs, both from the snap and save functionality are black. I checked the frame path in the code and plotted the data using matplotlib and it looks like the frame data is correct up to the tiff writer.

As a first step, could you double-check the tiff file in some other way, e.g., using ImageJ, IrfanView, or Python (matplotlib or imageio)? As far as I remember, the default Windows viewer does not autoscale the color range, so a 16-bit TIFF file will have full color scale from 0 to 65535. If you have relatively low illumination (or, say, you use 12-bit camera readout), it would appear as black.
