Add support for uniquely identifying a jvm running jinsight

In jinsight configuration add support for a global tag(s) of the following format where jinsight fills the details in question...

jvmid=${UUID}

and / or

pid=${PID}

UUID is a uniquely generated ID for that jvm instance. PID of the process in which jinsight is instantiated.
