执行deepseekv3.2-exp模型量化报错：torch_npu.memory: [ERROR] [269128] Get a block from the existing pool failed. Try to free cached blocks and reallocate. This error log can be ignored.

使用torch-npu 2.7.1执行deepseekv3.2-exp模型w4a8量化报错，报错日志如下：
torch_npu.memory: [ERROR] [269128] Get a block from the existing pool failed. Try to free cached blocks and reallocate. This error log can be ignored.

版本切换运行结果：
1、torch-npu 2.1.0正常执行不会报错
2、换成26.0 B020的torch-npu 2.7.1也没有看到这个报错，换回26.0 B070的torch-npu 2.7.1就存在这个报错，想咨询一下这个日志是近期torch-npu 2.7.1版本新增的日志吗？或者是不是B070的torch-npu版本有问题？
