Breaking API changes:

• Renamed EMAIL and PASSWORD keys in credentialsObj to FACEBOOK_EMAIL and FACEBOOK_PASSWORD, respectively.

Other changes:

• Lots of updates to docs; in particular, there is now a guide to setting up the credentials object, which is the trickiest part of using BotCore in my opinion.
• New scripts in the examples/ directory for setting up credentials objects as environment variables and a JS module.
