map showing $ / sqft and change in $ / sqft

I would like to be able to view AVI data in terms of $ / sqft, and possibly see the change in $ / sqft from previous assessments.

I'm not sure the best place to bring up this feature request.
I could even be persuaded to write a patch if I could get some guidance about where to start.
