Unable to configure eventgrid subscription

When using the AZD UP Command or the manual steps to configure the Governance analyses for Azure API Center we receive the following message during the setup of the eventgrid subscription:

Deployment has failed with the following error: {"code":"Publisher Notification Error","message":"Failed to enable publisher notifications.","details":[{"code":"Publisher Provider Error","message":"PUT request for https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/a61be14b-136e-44e9-a88e-187fa0384d06/resourceGroups/mvp-rg-demo-cntr-prd/providers/Microsoft.ApiCenter/services/apicenter-demo-cntr-prd/eventGridFilters/_default?api-version=2024-03-01 failed with status code: BadRequest, code: and message: ."}]}

@maikvandergaag, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
The team is aware of this issue and it has been resolved in our testing region!
We are currently deploying it to all production regions and it should be resolved by Thursday, 7/11/2024.

Please let us know if this issue occurs after that.
