Describe the bug
Export-MsIdAzureMfaReport list only interactive Sign-Ins. As Azure PowerShell caches the Refresh Token there is no interactive sign-in if this is used in automation. So the Report does not reflect all users using Azure PowerShell in the last month.
Expected behavior
Add a Parameter to also include non-interactive sign-ins.
