New repo: Warhammer Fantasy 6th Edition

I'm creating the files for WHFB 6th edition and I would like to add it to the repo

I saw this issue
#146

and I still thinking the 6th edition deserves its own separated repo, specially since 6th edition is "the edition of alternative lists", and each one is a different Force Entry.

Mixing editions is not possible since the Gamesystems of each are radiacally incompatible.

6th is so different and uncompatible with 4th or 9th as it is from 40k, AgeOfSigmar or TheOldWorld.

There is already a 6th edition dataset available in New Recruit so a new one is not needed. It may be this one - https://github.com/Ergofarg/Warhammer-Fantasy-6th-edition but I'm not sure (and trying to confirm). We don't have any control over that repo; you would need to contact the author directly.
