Data already exists for this version of WHFB, so it would seem that your request for a new repo is superfluous?

There is already a 6th ed dataset available in New Recruit - sourced from here https://github.com/ergofarg/Warhammer-Fantasy-6th-edition

You would need to contact the author directly via that repo.
