Feat Request: Build a CI/CD or a robot to backport new R4L wrappers

After the porting of Linux6.6-dovetail is completed, we need to port the RROS kernel code to HEAD of Linux-dovetail.

What should CI/CD do

• Using Linux kernel as codebase, rebase the dovetail patch and RROS kernel everyday
• Rebase failed, triggering email alert
• Follow the Linux kernel release
