polygon roi selection tool not working

I'm trying to select ROIs using the polygon selection tool from the imageJ toolbar, it works as intended for normal images but will not work on .im or .nrrd files opened with OpenMIMS.

When I select a point a small yellow square appears, as expected, where I click but it does not show a yellow line when I move my mouse or form a polygon when I click further points

I just tried this and I am seeing the same thing you describe. I will be looking into this in the next week. I am currently responsible for updates to OpenMIMS, but I am not all that familiar with the interaction between OpenMIMS and ImageJ, so you may have to be a bit patient. Walter Taylor

Any update on this? It seems to still be a problem. Is there a workarund, e.g. defining the ROIs on a single image, then import them to OpenMIMS somehow?
