State in documentation Pode.Web doesn't work in Azure Functions or AWS Lambdas

I get this question often with Pode.Web, and it makes sense since Pode itself does work in Functions/Lambdas. Sadly Pode.Web doesn't, so having this in the documentation (and readme) would be worth while.
