Description
Summary
I would like to request the addition of PulseChain as a supported chain in Bankr. PulseChain is a full EVM fork of Ethereum with a growing DeFi ecosystem, and I believe it would be a valuable addition to the platform.
Why PulseChain?
- Full EVM compatibility — PulseChain is a complete system state fork of Ethereum, meaning all existing EVM tooling works out of the box.
- Low gas costs — Transaction fees are a fraction of Ethereum mainnet, making it accessible for users of all sizes.
- Fast block times — ~3 second block times provide a snappy user experience.
- Existing DEX infrastructure — PulseX (a Uniswap V2 fork) is the primary DEX, with established liquidity pools and trading volume.
- Growing DeFi ecosystem — An expanding set of protocols and tokens are being deployed on PulseChain.
Technical Details
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Chain ID | 369 |
| Native Token | PLS |
| RPC | https://rpc.pulsechain.com |
| Block Explorer | https://scan.pulsechain.com |
| Primary DEX | PulseX (Uniswap V2 fork) |
| EVM Compatibility | Full (EIP-1559 supported) |
Implementation Notes
Since Bankr already supports 4 EVM chains (Base, Polygon, Ethereum, and Unichain), adding PulseChain should be architecturally straightforward. The existing EVM chain integration patterns and swap routing logic should largely apply, with PulseX serving as the primary DEX router.
Thank you for considering this request. Happy to provide any additional information that would be helpful.
