Missing singularity container for `poseidon-trident:1.6.7.1`

This is an odd case. Looking at galaxyproject, it seems like a singularity container for poseidon-trident:1.6.7.1 exists, but it is not listed in the Biocontainers registry.

I was told on bioconda Gitter that https://biocontainers.pro is outdated. Is that maybe the source of the issue?

Yes, the registry is dead. @ypriverol can you please finally shut down the registry and redirect it to quay. Please. We are wasting so much time with this :(

FWIW, I also don't see any singularity container download links in https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/poseidon-trident?tab=tags

Though it seems only podman and docker are available even for older version of the recipe that do appear to have a singularity container in the registry, so maybe that is expected?

The quay.Io repo only has the docker images, yes. The singularity images (built from the docker images, which are built from bioconda packages) are available here: https://depot.galaxyproject.org/singularity
