there is 0 in the strand line of output bed file

Hi, I see except "+" and "-", there is "0" in the strand line, what's the meaning of "0"?

I have the same question as @huangziyan11111 mentioned. At the column "Strand", it should be "+" and "-" but there is some cases that it turned to be "0". So, could you please explain what "0" means here.
