Update Code of Conduct to Address Inappropriate Profile Imagery #22

Description

Description

This issue proposes an update to the Black Python Devs Code of Conduct to explicitly address profile images and other visual elements used by community members.

Context

A new member has recently joined our community and their profile photo, while not explicitly violating the current Code of Conduct by being salacious or inappropriate in text, raises concerns due to its questionable nature.

Currently, the Code of Conduct emphasizes the comfort and safety of community members. To further ensure a welcoming and professional environment for everyone, we should consider adding a clause that addresses potentially problematic visual content.

Proposed Change

We should add language to the Code of Conduct that explicitly discourages or prohibits imagery, including but not limited to profile photos and banners, that are hyper-sexualized, nude, or explicit in nature.
