Anchors cannot be set on vivo (Funtouch OS).

Describe the bug
There is no effect when the anchor is set, i.e. the lyrics are not displayed in the status bar
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '墨·状态栏歌词'
2. Click on '锚点选择'
3. Click on '锚点选择模式'
4. Restart the system UI
5. Click on '获取锚点'
6. Choose any of them
7. See error

Expected behavior
The lyrics are displayed in the status bar
