Board Announcement ext error

Just wondering why I am getting error when trying to upload and view/enable/disable/delete data.

Showing error, but no error message. I was able to enable / disable and delete data vis manage extensions link.

I checked other extensions and they are working. Just not the board announcement. https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extension/boardannouncements/
