I've got submods trying to update, some of which just completely halt when the download starts, thus locking the game and ruining my internet speed. There should be an ability to cancel updates, or at least the bulk updates, for when stuff like this happens. That or some ability to detect when a submod is stuck so you can throw the exception much sooner instead of annoying the hell out of users by ruining their internet connection for hours.
