Jmpy3 not support python3.13 or later version #6

Hi, Genius,
It looks this project has not been updated for a long time, hopefully you can go back and update the source code. Now, the latest python version is 3.14.0, and the 'cgi' module has been removed from the standard library since python3.13.
So I encountered the below error when I tried to invoke the jmpy3 with python3.14.0:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cgi'
Could you please check the source code and update this project? BTW, if possible, also update the Cython version requirement as well.
