User Story

As a developer, I want to be somehow notified when a user submits a report for a missing professor

Technical Tasks

• Research possible ways to automate receiving a notification when a new record is updated to MySQL
  • Other methods can be done if it's impossible to use MySQL: preference would be to create a solution using MySQL since the database uses MySQL
• Create automation

Acceptance Criteria

• Maintainers are notified through an automation that a user has submitted a missing professor report
