running *.dog files outside of immediate context (./) causes a crash

At the moment, codeDog appears unaware of it's location in reference to the file passed to it. I know it's possible to capture this information in bash, so it should be doable in python/scons.

An Alternative would be addition of a build location as an argument or flag
