Block Pallet System

This feature request introduces a new system for managing block palettes. It simplifies how users can create, view, edit, and organize custom block collections. Players can either select default block pallets or create and modify their own palettes.

I will update the docimentation to be up-to-date with the second version.

Currently, it contains a bug where it doesn't save the selected filters in memory. It only works when you use the back button (top left).
