On One-Server setups, tutorials still teleports you to spawn

One one-server setups (where there is only one server and tutorials is installed on that server), Tutorials teleports a player to spawn when joining.

This is not always wanted, particularly for one-server setups.

There should be an option to disable this teleporting.
