General ROS2 repo cleanup #30

  • verify that all ros2 nodes are present and proper topics + topic names setup
  • cleanup csi_camera_stream node => should be a inference node for pothole detection
  • verify the command_centre topics are OKAY
  • change potrider serial control topic name from /JSON to a better name
  • change topic names in command centre (remove the /rover prefix
  • remove waypoints topic from command centre, change swdata topic to gps_waypoints
