Description
- verify that all ros2 nodes are present and proper topics + topic names setup
- cleanup csi_camera_stream node => should be a inference node for pothole detection
- verify the command_centre topics are OKAY
- change potrider serial control topic name from /JSON to a better name
- change topic names in command centre (remove the /rover prefix
- remove waypoints topic from command centre, change swdata topic to gps_waypoints
