Update docker ai app to access UI/APIs running in its own container #65
Description
Only to be done once we have finalized UI docker container. Rn we are just running website and API server locally and not in docker container. So needed to give AI docker container special access to the APIs.

This ticket just needs to update so that the docker ai app can access the APIs directly since the website would be running in another docker container
