[PATH-HISTORY] Main Path history logic

• Need to add some more plots/graphs of the data maybe over time. Like Battery Status
• Use the log data for this
• Also have number of how many pothole detections were detected on this path
• Add a DB table for all the detection entries for this given path ID
• Can click on an entry like on Live Metrics and it brings you to that page
