Add Splash Screen & Metadata

• Implement a splash screen with ASCII art.
• Include author information and citation details.
• Ensure minimal information is displayed on stdout when running in normal mode.

Maybe add some print outs to the screen as different parts of the calculation start and finish. It doesn't matter when the program only takes a few minutes to run, but if it is going to be taking hours some indication of where the calculation is up to might be nice. For example, knowing if it has finished the water entropy part or gotten stuck there could be helpful. Of course, this needs to be balanced with not having vast amounts of text flashing by and filling the screen with things nobody wants to read.
