TODO: Add entry point for Favorites list

Bot needs Admin in order for this feature to work properly currently, which is not ideal and doesn't align with the path we're going for

eventually there will be a DJ role or a configurable setting to assign members to "DJ" where they can edit entries on this feature

currently it only requires the bot to have admin in order to ADD stations not play them!
