[Enhancement] Dark Mode

The Queue, being completely white, is incredibly bright and can hurt one's eyes to look at. A dark mode would be very helpful.

I once had a dark version using bulma-prefers-dark but ended up removing it because it didn't play well with some of the Buefy components. Given that this wouldn't touch the back-end (and can likely be implemented solely with CSS), I think this would be a great issue for anyone looking to contribute to the project!
