[Enhancement] Allow students to remove themselves while "being helped"

Instructors often forget to remove a student from the queue after they have been helped and the students cannot pop themselves off the queue if they are currently "being helped". It would also be nice if instructors could have their name placed on the student they're helping so they can remember who to pop.

This might lead to students saving their priority/bypassing the re-join cooldown by leaving the queue while they are being helped...
