Error with LSP (quickfix list) and toggleterm (occasionally): Invalid line number

Hi,

In case this is something that should be reported on neovim or the plugin's repo, please let me know.

Whenever I try opening the quickfix list from the LSP, I get the following error:

E5108: Error executing lua [string ":lua"]:1: attempt to call field 'set_loclist' (a nil value)
stack traceback:
        [string ":lua"]:1: in main chunk

And for toggleterm, if I try opening it using Alt-0, I get the following error (I think it only comes after I've tried opening the quickfix list):
