Request: LCD Pixel Shader

Hi,

I'd like to request a LCD Pixel-grid Shader. The real hardware has the pixels delineated, and an LCD-like pixel-grid shader should make it look closer to real hardware.

I use this on Retroarch's Virtual Boy core and it looks really nice, in 3D.
