* SwitchDetails (v2)

This commit introduces version 2 of the SwitchDetails class.

The enhancements to this class include:

- Leverages results_v2
- Uses local rest_send and results properties to avoid linter confusion
- Docstrings are properly-formatted
- Type hints throughout

* Minor edits to docstrings

* Address Copilot review comments

1. Fix Results.operation_type (should be QUERY instead of DELETE)

3. Fix inaccurate test fixture documentation
