Add Init Line to Resupply Crates & Boxes for new Textures

Thanks to @Hateboarder we have new textures for our resupply crates and boxes (see picture attached).

In order for those to show up in game the following has to be done:

• Add init line to crates and boxes for BluFor
• Add init line to crates and boxes for IndFor
• Add init line to crates and boxes for OpFor
• Change OpFor composition boxes from white InFor boxes to BluFor boxes for increased readability.
