Update commercial licensing terms - detailed description

This commit updates the licensing terms for commercial use of the software. For-profit companies and individuals intending to use the software for commercial purposes must now obtain a commercial license to allow source code modifications and permit proprietary use without the copyleft provisions of the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3). The commercial license provides an alternative to using the software under the AGPLv3, which still allows non-commercial use, modifications, and distribution. This update adds a Software License Agreement, clarifies the requirements for non-commercial use under AGPLv3, and references the GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE version 3 (AGPLv3) for non-commercial use.
